White Flags Apparel Co will always try to accommodate order change or cancellation requests, however due to our process & timeline for order fulfillment, it will not always be possible to cancel or modify an order. Unwanted items can be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Return Policy. Change & cancellation requests will be handled in accordance with the policy outlined below.
Order Changes & Cancellations
All of our items are made just for you after you place your order. We begin processing orders as quickly as possible after they are placed. Many orders enter production via one of our printing & embroidery partners within minutes or hours of being placed. Once an order has entered production, we are no longer able to cancel or make changes to:
We will always try our best to cancel or modify your order if you reach out. However, we cannot guarantee that any order change or cancellation requests can be completed.
If it's too late to cancel or modify an order, it will ship as originally placed.
If Your Order Has Already Entered Production
If you'd like to cancel or modify your order, but it's too late, you may return or exchange it in accordance with our Return Policy.
We cannot intercept, reroute, or recall a package once it has shipped.
Duplicate or Accidental Orders
If duplicate or accidental orders are placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to cancel the extra order(s) before production begins. If it is too late to stop production, the order will ship as originally placed, and you may return or exchange it in accordance with our Return Policy.
Shipping Address Errors
If you entered the wrong address at checkout, please notify us right away. Once an order is in production or has shipped, we are unable to change the address.
If the package is delivered to the incorrect address entered at checkout, we will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
Return & Exchange Policy Applies When Cancellations Aren’t Possible
If we are unable to cancel or modify your order, you can still return or exchange the item(s) once received. All returns & exchanges will be handled in accordance with our Return Policy.
