How it works:





Details:

- Free returns accepted on all items within 30 days of purchase.

- Get in touch with us via any of the following methods, and let us know your order number & the exact item(s) you'd like to return.

  • Email: info@whiteflagsapparel.com
  • Live Chat on our site (if we are offline, just leave a message & we will see it when we are back online)
  • Social media DM (be sure to include email or order number so we can look up your order)

- We'll email you a free return-shipping label to send back your item(s)

- Once we receive your item(s), you'll receive your refund within 7 days

Exchanges:

- To exchange your item(s) for a different size or color, follow the same return process above to send back your item(s) and receive a refund.

- Let us know that you'd like to exchange these item(s) for different sizes or colors & we will provide you a discount code for free shipping.

- Place an order for the new item(s) you want (please keep in mind that in-stock replacement items will ship right away, but replacement items that are printed-on-demand will need to be made after they are ordered & may take up to 2 weeks to ship)

- Use your free shipping discount code & don't pay for shipping on your replacement items.

Damaged or Misprinted items:

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@whiteflagsapparel.com or reach out via live-chat or social media within 7 days with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible! 

Though very rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was misprinted. If that’s the case, please let us know within 7 days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
