When will I get my order?
In-stock products usually ship within 1-2 business days.
We ship in-stock items ourselves & we are usually able to do so right away. Most orders placed on a weekday before noon EST will get shipped out same-day. Orders placed over the weekend may not ship until Monday morning.
Our Special Edition Tees are not printed until after they are ordered, they are printed "on-demand".
In-stock items & "print-on-demand" items ordered together will ship separately. Please use the following timeline for print-on-demand items:
Print-on-demand items usually ship within 11 days.
Under normal circumstances, it takes 3-7 days to fulfill a print-on-demand order, after which, it is shipped out. Things are still a bit different right now due to COVID-19. Supply constraints & an overwhelmed production system have significantly delayed fulfillment times. We now estimate that it will take between 7-11 days to fulfill an order.
Once an item has shipped, it can take anywhere from 2-7 days to arrive depending on where in the US it is going.
Can I pay extra for expedited production or shipping?
Unfortunately not. Print-on-demand orders are fulfilled by a third-party fulfillment partner on a first-come, first-serve basis & are all shipped with standard ground shipping. In-stock items are also shipped with standard ground shipping.
Where will my order ship from?
In-stock items will be shipped from White Flags Apparel Co.
For items that are not kept in-stock, we work with a reliable, high-quality, print-on-demand vendor. They have locations across the US, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
Where do you ship orders?
We currently only accept orders to the United States & Australia. This may change in the future.
My order says it has been delivered, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, we strongly recommend opening a missing package ticket with USPS for missing shipments via this link.
If you package was lost by USPS, or if you mistakenly entered the wrong shipping address at checkout, reach out to us via firstname.lastname@example.org & we will get replacement items sent to you.
How do I track my order?
All orders should include tracking info, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at email@example.com
